
1: What are the image specifications when I upload my team photo?
A: In regards to the kinds of files, Sports Banners Now accepts either .jpg or .png files. In regards to resolution, best results are obtained from images that are high-resolution. Our minimum resolution level is 72 dpi. To check your file resolution in Windows:
- Click once on the file you want to check to highlight it.
- Right click once and choose "Properties" from the menu.
- Click on the "Summary" tab.
- Click on "Advanced"
- You should see something like this:

2: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: Sports Banners Now accepts visa/mastercard/discover for your convenience.
3. When can I expect to receive my banner?
A: Sports Banners Now will begin processing your order right away. However, due to the extensive customization of each banner it may take up to 2 weeks. Your design consultation email will be sent within 1 week. After approval your banner will ship in 3 to 4 business days.
4. Can I approve the artwork before it ships?
A: Yes, our graphics team will send you a design consultation email so you can preview the design of your banner. Any changes can be made at that time. Upon approving the artwork, your banner will be created and shipped in 3 to 4 business days.
5. Can I get a banner in a different size than on your website?
A: The sizes listed on our website are standard and the most commonly used. Call our customer service team if you need a size that is not listed.
6. Do the banners have holes for hanging?
A: Yes, your banner will have 6 metal reinforced holes (grommets).
7. Do the banners have slits for wind?
A: No, our banners are durable and can stand regular to moderate winds. Using bungee cords will relieve some strain from heavier winds. If hung properly and not exposed to extremely strong winds, slits should not be necessary.
8. How do we hang the banners?
A: Our banners come with attached grommets in the corners and along their width so you can securely mount them to a variety of surfaces. You can mount them to a wall using screws and washers or to poles or fences with rope or bungee cords. If you are in an extremely windy area, be sure to secure the banner using all the grommets.
9. Can I use my own artwork?

12. How do I take a photo like the one in “Under the Lights”?
A: Have your players stand in a straight line against a solid background, preferably a wall or back of a dugout. Have them each do a different pose standing side by side to one another and take the photograph of the whole team. Remember, it doesn’t matter where the photo is taken, the players will be extracted from it!
